Position Summary Information

Job Summary

The Diversity Recruiting Manager is responsible for ensuring hiring practices at Grinnell College promote individual differences that are respected in the workplace. This position will create and carry out a diversity talent acquisition and retention strategy for staff positions.

Minimum Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree with five years of experience. Proven track record of partnering with leaders and recruitment teams to deploy effective programs and strategies.
