Position Summary Information

Job Summary

The Director of Dining Services reports to the AVP for Auxiliary Services and Economic Development. This position provides executive oversight, management and leadership to all College Dining Operations working collaboratively in a diverse, student-focused environment. Direct and lead the organizational structure, general administration, training programs, establishment of objectives and procedural guidelines, development of the annual budget, planning facilities and recommending personnel requirements.

Minimum Qualifications

Requires a Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university and at least 10 years of experience in food service or related area. Master’s degree is preferred.
