Position Summary Information

Job Summary

*Pre-preparation and display cooking of entree and side dishes, following standardized recipes, ensuring the highest quality, presentation and service of products produced.

*Maintain accurate production records for the venue.

*Maintain all safety and Sanitation standards, including practice good personal hygiene.

*Communicate needs of the venue.

*Assist in on-the-job training, and direction of student staff.

Work schedule: Sunday 10a-8p; Monday 2p-9p; Tuesday 2p-9p; Wednesday off; Thursday 2p-9p; Friday 2p-8p; Saturday off

Minimum Qualifications

*High school diploma or general education degree (GED)

*Six months or more experience or an equivalent combination of education, training and expertise.

*Basic personal computer skills including electronic mail, word
processing, etc.

Preferred Qualifications

Serve Safe Certificate, but will provide training for certificate if necessary.
